Returns & Refunds policy

At Aditya Global Industries, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We take pride in offering premium-quality Indian raw hair extensions and wigs at competitive prices. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that in rare cases issues may arise, and we are here to provide a fair and transparent resolution process.

We hope you never need to use this policy, but if an issue occurs, the following terms apply.

1. Product Received Damaged or with a Manufacturing Defect (India Orders Only)

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

After review, our team may offer:

  • Exchange for the same product

  • Repair (if applicable)

  • Store credit equal to the product value for future purchases

When sending the product back, please clearly write:
“RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE” on the package.

This clause applies only to orders delivered within India.

2. Wrong Item Received (India Orders Only)

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Email us within 2 days of delivery

  • Share your order number and photos of the item received

Once verified, we may provide:

  • Exchange for the correct product, or

  • Store credit for future use

Please label the return parcel with:
“RETURN FOR EXCHANGE” in bold.

This is valid only for Indian shipping addresses.

3. Discounted or Clearance Sale Items

Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or repaired under any circumstances.

4. International Orders

For customers outside India:

If you wish to request an exchange, repair, or return:

If the request is approved:

  • The customer must ship the product back to us

  • The package must be marked:
    “RETURN FOR REPAIR/EXCHANGE/REFUND”

Shipping Terms for International Returns:

  • If the item is repaired or exchanged, we will cover the cost of sending it back to you

  • If the item is returned for refund, we will issue store credit (not a cash refund)

Important Notes

  • Hair products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Custom-made or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return

  • Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted

  • Store credit can be used on future purchases but is non-transferable

Aditya Global Industries reserves the right to assess each case individually to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.
